In working with brokers on properties submitted for review Pacific Development Partners work only as a principal in property investment. Pacific Development Partners is involved with many different commercial project types and looks for creative development opportunities. Our interest is in acquiring properties for Retail Development or Re-Development, Multi- Family residential, and Commercial and Industrial multi-tenant centers. Over the past twenty five years we have developed relationships with private partner funding as well as major financial institutions giving us the ability and flexibility to consider smaller investment purchases as well as large investments with values in excess of fifty million dollars.
